QUE

QUE is one of those rare cases when jewelry speaks the language of contemporary art. The project was created by Maltese artist and designer Enrique Tabone, known for her sculptures and light installations. In QUE, she works with the same ideas — only here they take shape through metal, scaled to the human body.

Silver is at the heart of the collections: fine rings, earrings, pendants and brooches, sometimes combined with transparent or colored plexiglass. The forms are clean and fluid, as if caught in motion. You can feel the sculptural precision and the same sensitivity to light and shadow that defines all of Tabone’s work.

QUE represents one of the most distinctive directions in contemporary Maltese jewelry design. Each piece is handcrafted in small series — not a mass product or a souvenir, but the result of an artist’s thought process focused on structure, material and light rather than fashion.
