Looking for a real Venetian mask or a luxurious carnival costume? Step into Sogno Veneziano, the atelier of Giulia Russolo. Born in Venice to an artistic father and a mother who was a seamstress, Giulia grew up surrounded by color and imagination. She trained with masters of the old Venetian school and developed her own style over the years.

In her Cannaregio workshop, you’ll find true papier-mâché masks — including miniatures you can wear as brooches or pendants.

You can also buy or rent magnificent costumes — carnival, historical or fantasy — either ready-made or custom-designed just for you.

Giulia also offers mask-making workshops at any level, and can organize a photo session in full costume along the canals and alleys of Venice, help set up a private event or even a romantic gondola date.
